Office and Employee Coronavirus Protocol
Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling wants to take every precaution to ensure everyone at Comfort Zone, their family and all Comfort Zone’s customers safety comes first. Comfort Zone intention is to operate business as usual with the following safety procedures in place.
- Any employee that is sick or has a household member who is sick to stay home, unless they have been tested for the coronavirus and the results are negative.
- Use disinfectant and hand sanitizer regularly on your hands, workstation and vehicle’s doors, steering wheel and dash. Comfort Zone is actively searching to purchase disinfectants and sanitizers to provide to all employees.
- No employee meetings will be held until further notice.
- Arriving at a Comfort Zone Customer’s home or business, should that customer indicate they are feeling unwell or the customer has signs of being sick, please contact Travis Hoffmeier or Stacey Ketcham to determine how to proceed.
- Any employee that feels they are working in an unsafe environment, please speak with Travis Hoffmeier or Stacey Ketcham.
Below are guidelines from the CDC to encourage workplace safety.
- Practice good hygiene: Stop handshaking, wash and disinfect hands regularly, disinfect surfaces regularly like doorknobs, tables, desks and handrails. Cover coughs and sneezes.
- Be careful with meetings: when possible hold meeting in the open, use well ventilated spaces, use email when possible.
- Handle food carefully: Limit food sharing and choose food establishments which practice strict hygiene.
- Stay home if: You are feeling sick or you have a sick member in your home.
