Contest Rules and Regulations:

The contest is open to owner occupied, single family homes or condominiums. Limit one entry per household
Customers do not have to wait until the end of the contest if their system needs replacing immediately. You can replace your system now and the sales amount will be credited back to you if you are the contest winner.
Owner shall provide original installation date information if possible
Entrants must be 21 or older, own the home entered in the contest and reside within our service area
Entries must be received by December 31st, 2023 at 11:59pm
All decisions are final
All entrants are required to allow Comfort Zone to come out in person and verify the age of the system
The winner will be selected on or around January 15, 2024 (once proper verifications are made) and informed via telephone prior to media announcements
The winning entry will receive a new Daikin HVAC system equivalent to the their existing HVAC system
Any upgrades to a new type or size to the new HVAC unit are not included
The winning entry allows Comfort Zone to use images and likenesses of the old and new unit, the homeowner’s name and photo in promotional materials
Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash
No entry fee
Any improvements needed to bring the installation in compliance with existing building and mechanical codes are not included
Permit fees not included
